Workplace care with a defined scope
Office enquiries may involve shared seating, general hygiene, storage-area pests or preventative property care. Explain the issue and identify the areas concerned rather than requesting an unspecified whole-office package. EcoShield can discuss the relevant services and what needs assessment before a quote.
Access around the working day
Include staff occupancy, opening hours, lift or parking access and any restricted areas. Cleaning and pest work can have different preparation requirements. The timing and any return-to-use advice should be confirmed for the agreed work rather than assumed from a general service description.
One office or several premises
For a multi-office enquiry, list locations and service priorities separately. Recurring care can be discussed once the premises and needs are understood. Equipment servicing, IT cleaning and specialised facilities tasks are not included unless expressly agreed.
