Group the requirements by property and priority so the work can be reviewed clearly. A combined enquiry simplifies the starting conversation; it does not imply every service is included in one standard package.
Guest accommodation and changeover windows
For an Airbnb, holiday rental or guest property, include item counts, the location and the next available access window. Sofa and mattress cleaning may need drying time, while pest concerns may require inspection before a quote. Preferred guest changeover dates should therefore be shared early. Routine housekeeping, linen services and full property changeovers are not assumed within this service scope.
Commercial premises and recurring care
Restaurants, offices and hospitality premises can have different occupancy and access requirements. Tell us which areas are affected, any previous issues and whether you need a one-off visit or maintenance proposal. Methods, frequency and service records should be discussed against the actual premises. The office is based in Limassol and service enquiries are accepted across Cyprus, with scheduling agreed for each job.
