A pest problem is easier to assess when the signs of activity, affected rooms and possible entry points are understood together. EcoShield accepts pest-control enquiries for homes, rental properties and commercial premises across Cyprus from its Limassol office. Tell us whether the activity is indoors, outdoors or in a shared building area, and whether it is recurring. An inspection may be needed before a treatment scope and price can be agreed.
Cockroaches, ants and other insect concerns
For crawling insects, describe where they appear and when you usually see them. Kitchens, bathrooms, storage areas and outdoor spaces can present different access and occupancy requirements. If you have a photograph, mention it when contacting us; avoid disturbing an affected area simply to obtain one. The pest identity and property conditions need to be assessed before a suitable approach is proposed.
Rodent management and prevention
Rodent enquiries can include sightings, droppings, noises or damage around a property. Share the affected location and any known gaps, service openings or neighbouring activity. Removing the immediate problem and reducing opportunities for a return are separate parts of the conversation. Entry-point assessment and preventative property care may be relevant alongside the pest-management visit.
A service plan for occupied properties
Include children, pets, food-handling areas, guest occupancy and other access considerations in your enquiry. Preparation, restrictions and any follow-up requirements depend on the agreed work. Do not assume a same-day return to an area or a particular product will be appropriate before the service has been confirmed. For a business or rental portfolio, ask about a recurring assessment rather than choosing an arbitrary treatment frequency.
