Sensitive premises need a specific assessment
A school or clinic enquiry should explain the premises, affected area and service objective. Occupancy and site procedures can place particular requirements on timing and methods. EcoShield accepts enquiries for assessment; this page does not claim specialist clinical decontamination, a certified infection-control service or automatic suitability for every facility.
Clarify permissions and operational requirements
Provide an authorised premises contact and suitable access windows. Mention relevant site instructions without sending patient, pupil or health records. The service scope and any preparation or return-to-use requirements need to be reviewed before an appointment is confirmed.
Identify the practical property-care need
Distinguish a pest concern from surface cleaning, upholstery care or preventative building assessment. Each has different information requirements. Where specialist regulated work is needed, its capability and scope must be established separately rather than inferred from a general hygiene enquiry.
